Privacy Policy
How NDR Premier Solutions handles inquiry, business, credit-services, financial, and messaging information, and how to make a privacy request.
Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026 · Version 2026-10-23.2
1. Scope and business identity
NDR Premier Solutions LLC operates ndrcapital.com under the NDR Capital website brand. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this site, contact us, or request help exploring business funding or separately requested credit services. It also describes how to contact us about privacy choices.
NDR is a business funding broker. Independent funding partners evaluate and provide funding under their own agreements. A partner's own privacy notice applies to its separate processing of your information.
2. Information collected and why it is used
| Category | Examples and purpose |
|---|---|
| Contact and inquiry information | Name, email address, telephone number, state of residence, funding interest, and information you include in communications. Used to respond, review service availability, arrange appointments, and assist with your request. |
| Business and financial information | When needed for a requested funding review: business identity and ownership, revenue, business bank statements, requested funding, and related application documents. Used to review and present your request to appropriate funding partners as authorized. |
| Identity and credit information | Where required in a separate application or authorized review: identity details, Social Security or tax identification numbers, and credit information obtained with the required authorization for funding or credit services. The public inquiry form does not request a Social Security number or bank login credentials. |
| Communication and consent records | Messages, service requests, preferences, and records of consent or withdrawal when provided, including the applicable wording or version and recorded submission information. Used to manage service, honor choices, and maintain appropriate records. |
| Website and connection information | Hosting and content providers may receive IP addresses, browser or device information, pages requested, and similar connection data. Used to deliver, operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. |
Information can come from you, your authorized representative, service providers supporting your request, and funding or credit-information sources where separately authorized or otherwise permitted by law. We use information for the requested service, fraud prevention, administration, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-message enrollment records, or SMS consent with funding partners, affiliates, or other third parties for their marketing or promotional campaigns.
Providers helping us deliver or support messages may process that information only to provide those services for NDR. Other disclosures described in this policy exclude SMS opt-in data and consent, except where disclosure is required by law. Your messaging consent applies to NDR alone.
Providing a telephone number is not SMS consent. The service-message checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Declining it does not prevent you from requesting assistance. Where you separately opt in, the program covers appointment reminders, requested document reminders, and administrative service updates; it does not enroll you in promotional loan-offer messages.
Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out, or contact us below. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies with your requested services, and your mobile provider may charge message and data rates. Read the SMS program terms for more information.
5. Privacy choices and financial-information requests
You may ask us to correct information, explain how your information was used, change communication preferences, or stop presenting your request to additional funding partners. Contact us before additional sharing occurs; information already supplied to a partner may also be subject to that partner's own records and legal obligations. Limiting information or referrals may limit the assistance we can provide.
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information. We will assess and honor requests as applicable. Identity or authority verification may be needed, and some records must be retained for legal or other permitted reasons. Do not send a Social Security number or full bank account details with a general privacy request.
Financial privacy requirements depend on the services and relationship involved. Where a separate financial privacy notice or an opportunity to opt out of particular sharing is required by law, that notice and choice must be provided as required. This general website policy does not replace a required individualized financial privacy notice, and it does not suggest that all operational sharing carries an opt-out right.
To make a request, email [email protected], call 718-973-9772, or write to the address below. Include your name, a safe way to reach you, and the nature of the request.
You may opt out of NDR marketing communications or ask us not to use or disclose your information for marketing by contacting us below or using an available unsubscribe option. This does not automatically stop necessary service or legally required communications. We will apply any legally required financial-information sharing opt-out separately, based on the relationship and type of sharing involved.
6. Protection and retention
This website uses HTTPS. Our policy is to limit access to personal and financial information to authorized people and service providers who need it for the relevant service or business obligation, and to use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information being handled. No website, communications channel, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Use the document-transfer method specified for your application. Do not send bank passwords or other login credentials, and avoid placing sensitive identifiers or financial documents into general text messages or inquiry fields.
Records are retained as needed for the requested services, administration, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion date.
Where Florida credit-services law requires retention of a signed disclosure acknowledgment and an exact copy of the disclosure statement, those records must be retained for the statutory five-year period. Other records follow their applicable requirements.
7. Website technologies, outside links, and children
The site uses hosting, content-delivery, and embedded services. Those services may use cookies or similar browser technologies where enabled to provide functions and maintain or measure service operation. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some features.
External services and funding partners have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when leaving this site or supplying information directly to them.
This site is intended for adults seeking business services, not for children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information through the site.
8. Updates and contact
Updates will be posted on this page with a new date. A policy update does not itself create new SMS consent or expand the scope of an existing authorization.
