2. Broker, not lender
NDR helps businesses explore funding through independent funding partners. NDR is not the lender or funding provider. Providers make their own underwriting decisions, set terms, and provide funds under their agreements. We do not claim a government endorsement or a lender license.
3. How NDR is paid
We do not charge advance funding brokerage fees. For non-SBA funding, any agreed NDR success fee is payable only after funding is approved, accepted, closed, and made available, as set out in the applicable written agreement. Compensation may come from the client, the funding provider, or as otherwise lawfully disclosed and agreed; the applicable agreement must identify the fee and who pays it.
SBA-related services follow separate SBA compensation and disclosure rules, including SBA Form 159 where required. The non-SBA success-fee description does not establish an SBA fee arrangement. Any SBA agent compensation must comply with the applicable program rules and required agreement; approval-contingent fees are not offered under this general website description.
Credit-service fees are not requested or collected before the agreed services are fully performed. Where the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, full performance alone does not permit payment: the represented performance period must expire, and a consumer report issued more than six months after the promised results were achieved must demonstrate those results before payment may be requested or received. Other applicable federal and state restrictions also apply.
4. No guaranteed outcome
No approval, funding amount, interest rate, total cost, funding date, credit score improvement, deletion, or other result is guaranteed. An inquiry or discussion does not commit a provider to offer funds or commit you to accept a product. Review all provider disclosures and written terms before agreeing.
5. Understand the product structure
Business term loans, lines of credit, cards, and other products carry different costs, repayment obligations, security requirements, and eligibility criteria. A merchant cash advance commonly involves a purchase of future receipts, but the actual agreement and applicable law determine its treatment.
Revenue-based financing describes how funding or remittances relate to revenue; it does not, by itself, establish a legal classification. Some arrangements are receivables purchases and others may be loans. Review the actual contract, reconciliation or adjustment rights where applicable, total cost, and any guarantees. Do not assume every MCA or RBF product is legally a non-loan.
6. SBA-related requests
SBA-related financing is subject to the relevant program and lender requirements. NDR is not the U.S. Small Business Administration and does not promise SBA approval. Required agent compensation disclosures and agreements, including SBA Form 159 where applicable, must be addressed for the particular transaction. Fees must follow the applicable SBA rules; a generic success-fee statement is not an SBA compensation agreement.
7. State availability
Services are not available in every state. Availability depends on the requested service, the applicant and business location, provider participation, and applicable law. Credit services are not offered in Georgia. Providing your state begins the availability review; it does not confirm that a particular service can be offered.
Any required state-specific disclosures, authorizations, registrations, or contract terms must be addressed before the relevant service or transaction. No nationwide eligibility or licensing claim is made.
8. Credit-services rights
Credit services do not guarantee a particular score, deletion, approval, or financing result. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable. You can dispute inaccurate information yourself without paying a credit-services company.
Where the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act applies, you have rights to the required written disclosures, a written contract, and cancellation without penalty within three business days after signing. Florida law provides covered buyers a five-day cancellation right and requires the prescribed contract notices and duplicate cancellation forms. Any longer applicable right remains available.
Required disclosures and cancellation documents must be supplied through the contracting process. This website summary does not replace those documents or represent that they have already been delivered to a particular client. Nothing on this site or in these Terms waives rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under federal or state law, including CROA and Florida’s Credit Service Organizations Act.
9. Questions and related policies
